The learning program on Sonic Pi was designed to introduce learners to the fundamentals of live coding, music programming, and creative computing. Participants explored how computer code can be used to create, modify, and perform music in real time. The program covered the basics of the Sonic Pi interface, programming concepts, beats and rhythms, samples, synthesizers, loops, variables, and effects.
